what I can do with 128mb vps?
Searching VPS for a RO Server, I see "miniVPS", and what I can do with it? a MyBB Forum, a webpage, a proxy?, tell me please

A webpage yes if u keep the images small , mybb would need more than 128mb a proxy is nrmally against tos

cant see why you cannot run squid.
you can run a large website on a 128mb server if you want to if you optimize it enough

i heard that dmm successfully run wordpress with 16mb ram ONLY

For sure you can optimize it to do one job, make a web site, a game server for limited clients or a proxy server, but I doubt that you can squeeze in game, web and proxy server altogether on it.

Run nginx and mysql with configuration files that make it consume little memory.

Google Wordpress installs on low spec VPS's .. If you can run Wordpress you can run MyBB no problem.

Can you upload these configuration?, Im noob in VPS right now

if you want to have a easy way to config a domain,
try kloxo but u said u only have 128mb ram?
you should need to do some homework/searching on the google =D
