hey guys...im new here... im really looking for a free vps to host my sa-mp (gta sanandreas multiplayer) server...
but i dont know how to get a free vps. and i dont need a really professional vps... 500mb ram , 1gb disk space, and a good cpu that can run a sa-mp server... . could anyone tell how to get free vps?

Welcome to FreeVPS.us, please read the https://freevps.us/page-requirements.html page. If SAMP servers require Java VPS6,7,9 do not allow Java. There aren't many 500+ RAM VPS's here, so you'd be lucky to get one.

Check the Terms of Service of the VPS provider on the Requirements page.

It doesn't use java. Also you should be fine with any VPS from here, as long as you don't have too many clients and are only hosting a samp server.
