nah im selling it atm for 4000 euros as no one is buying from it i paid alone 3498 for the dedi for 2years has 22 months left on it

Well, this chap is a charmer, that's all I can say.
For the benefit of your somewhat lacking reputation as it is, Foufos, I'll just say your language could have deeply insulted several ethnic minorities.
He doesn't own the server, tried to make a fraudulent transaction towards me, and is simply a blatant bullshitter.
His 'friend' gave it to him, even though he stated he had 'no friends'.
He stated quite clearly that he'd 'lost the login details' for the server', and 'couldn't remember the email address'.
In addition, because I requested proof of identity due to the size of the transaction, he repeatedly refused and then threatened to prosecute me, in the United States of course, because I was 'being illegal'. For those who don't know, the United States Legal jurisdiction doesn't stretch into the United Kingdom.
Due to my questioning, he then dropped the asking price from $800 to $200, a whole 75% reduction. Either he's a kind fellow, or he's got trying to pull a scam. I'll let you decide.
To conclude, I wouldn't trust $0.20 with this guy. Immature, terrible personality and tries to scam $800 with the most cliche tactics I've ever witnessed. It's quite laughable really.

That being said, I'm sure you're aware that 'spamming' is unsolicited bulk messages, correct? I'm pretty sure this is directed towards you, and it relevant to this thread.
