I have had an account at virpus. They offer a few OS's, and i always mess things up with setup, they helped. I used it to setup a VPS with Centos, MySQL, OpenBD. I used webmin as the control panel..

Actually, ignoring Disk space, Virpus seems to give you more for less money. If you pay for it yearly, $4.55/month will get you 512MB Guaranteed RAM and 1TB of bandwidth.
