Try compiling it yourself http://code.google.com/p/ioping/

Probably what martip07 is suggesting and wanted to see are reviews/benchmark of the OpenVZ you installed inside your Xen VPS. Anyway, now that you've reinstalled and not have it, maybe Deathproxy would post something about his.

That would be kind of difficult to do because he doesn't own the VPS11 anymore
