My VPS 11 (Kiloserve Xen) Review... Simply awesome!
Hello dear reader..
I've recently received my VPS11, a Xen VPS from Kiloserve and installed a VNC template on it.
While it's supposed to be a server is it also a backup desktop for me.
I have kloxo installed and a Minecraft server from which both are running perfectly smooth for these specs.
I also love to blow people's minds on MSN about my (servers) internet speeds.
As you can see, the speeds are lightning amazing compared to other server's speedtest results. And the result of home internet.
What's a pity, is that the server is located in the US, and I live in the Netherlands. Which has nothing to do with this great server anyways.

The Minecraft server is running smoothly, it's somewhat slow (due to the 777MB RAM), but I don't blame the server for that. Kloxo is running fine, and as how it should work.

Here are some of the test results gained with the procedures in this topic.

Specs:
Code:
VPS 11 (3 total)

Bandwidth: 250GB
RAM: 768MB
SWAP: 256MB

Some of these speeds are quite fast, others are slow. No comments further on.

All with all a great server which suits all my needs perfectly.
I'm looking forward to do some serious business with this server.

My MC server will be regional or just not-that-long-lasting as usual cases.

Looks awesome Smile Indeed, that speed test is pretty good Tongue

Interestingly, the QuadraNet test only achieved a 5MB download speed, when both QuadraNet and the VPS are geographically very close.
