Edit mcmyadmin.conf or similar and find the md5 password, then find an online md5 encoder and encode a password then replace the md5 string thats already there.

To be honest, I dont like McMyAdmin, I would reccomend MultiCraft, Its 10x easier

It seems like you haven't actually changed password. Also make sure you restart McMyAdmin after you do change the password. And as said earlier you need to md5 hash the password, and put that hash in the configuration file.
