Need HelpWith Coding/Scripting

Hey Guys. I am assembling a team, for a competitive league for first person shooters. Right now, some sponsors are standing by, meaning first they have to see our website (TS3 hosting, Razer). Now, I have just watched 39 minutes of basic HTML + CSS, and I can remember some of it, like hyperlinking, making divs, but I am not very good at that stuff.
