I was able to sign up and make an account, but when creating the Cloud Resource (VPS) they will require a valid payment method upon check-out even there's nothing to be charge when the promo code was applied.
Thanks FreeVPS.us! for the free VPS and for all the knowledge that I've learned here at the forum.

I made virtual card account, write the cupon code, but when I try to place the card, I get this:

"Notice:
pre-auth failed: Transaction has failed: DECLINED"

Somebody can help me, or somebody has the same problem?
