there is a reason that .tk is listed in google.
when your domain is free you do now own it. they have right to remove it from your account. but for a little
amount of money you can buy it and own it. had a tk domain for
1 year and its now purchased for 2 years. they are really cheap and i didnt even use a real credit card spendon card.

co.cc itself as a free domain provider hardly prevents spam, the amount of spam related to co.cc is immense.

I don't know if this is still true, but .tk has been known to suddenly start charging for domains when the domain gets busy enough. They have also been known to remove domains without warning claiming TOS violation.

I'm not the best person to answer that question, but since no one else has...

freedns.afraid.org has a good reputation, but the domains aren't the best and aren't listed in google.

co.nr has a reasonable reputation.

well as i know .tk domain will be suspended if u don't have atleast 90+ visits / month
i had no problem when used dot.tk
u can use 000webhost (gives 1gb hosting space and a free dns )

hmm... i'm pretty sure domains cost around $1-2 , so its quite affordable for a person above 16

@Desperado: Thanks! I know that the RAM is low. When I have to install something, I have to shut down my running applications and then restart them after the install.

BTW: my co.cc was listed in google....

I switched to the .TK. Hopefully, my experiences will be better than those whose domains were suspended.
