Which VPS is best?

And would like to know which of the free VPS would be best for me to use, to run game bots?

It depends on what software you will use and how much resources it will consume.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think game bots are used for cheating and if the game developer/server disallowed this activity probably it would violate ToS of most free VPS here.

It really depends on what game you want. If its something like SA:MP, then VPS 3 is okay for it (provided that you aren't running anything else). If its something like counterstrike, then something like VPS 7 (or lower, depending on the number of slots) would be fine.

I don't think it violates the ToS of the VPS providers but it should be violating the ToS of the game you will be playing AFAIK.

But if you just want to bot then why not use your own box? You'll have more control and will be able to check it's status real time.

Why do you need a VPS for a game bot? Just leave your computer on at night.
