Before I was using AVG or Avast, but since a couple of years ago I find ESET NOD32 very good and doesn't hits hard on the system resources. I've heard and read that Kaspersky is the best, but also some says that sometimes its like its too paranoid.

BitDefender is not free AFAIK, personally I choose either avast or avira for my PC, for the performance and detection rate, they are simply amazing.

Comodo messed up my computer and it was a resource hog.
I tried it a few months and it got worse,so I had to uninstall it.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

In My Opinion I prefered
1. Kaspersky
2. Norton
But there are Drawbacks.
That Antivirus was a bit heavy and takes up more ram.. as it scans every time

You mean "takes up a lot of RAM".

I've used Norton long time ago and ever since what I hate about it is its a resource hog.

i agree with you. i never trust any other anti virus except both of these epic anti virus, Kaspersky and ESET. the best one that i've ever knew till now days

the best is nod32... buy it it‘s the best and no lagg on pc !

That feeling when you accidently click on Internet Explorer and then you have to wait until it loads so you can close it.
