Just open passive ports on your firewall. Passive ports are mentioned on Proftpd configuration. You can use fewer ports if you want to.
This will solve your problem for sure. Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. |

49152-65534 are the default ports. They are mentioned in /etc/proftpd.conf .Be sure to comment out the line if it is commented.
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. |
