Who use windows phone os?

This is a new mobile phone operating system and IOS and Andriod.
My phone model is htc radar. To me and some friends to use the system phone. I think this system can be more than Andriod and IOS.
my phone's cpu is 1GHZ.but I feel it fast than most andriod phone.
