Platform AMD ram per free VPS: 512 emulation type: xen Location: LA This is US only. it does take a credit/debit card and incurs a charge of $1.01 (instantly refunded) for verification. After the trial you can choose to pay for the account, or not. (the default answer is not, so you will never be charged if you dint explicitly give them permission) Personally I like it and plan to keep using it even after the beta is over. |

I believe it's US only because they can only charge US credit Cards. If you have a US credit card, they'll probably be fine with it.
