People are competing for the VPS. The person with the highest point will get the VPS. Everyone out here wants a VPS that has the best specs. Hence, every member of FreeVPS.US will be competing for the best VPS first before competing for a not so good VPS. Some of the low end free VPSes that FreeVPS provide may not meet their requirements and needs and so, they might be lurking in the shadows, waiting for another chance to get a better VPS which will satisfy their needs. I hope that answered your question.

And also, after finally winning the competition and having got your free VPS, there are also requirements in maintaining the VPS yours, thus, if someone didn't make-up for that requirements, he losses his VPS and hence will be given away back here.
