Ok so everything is working but when i try to go on to the vps ip on my pc it wont work.

You have to open the port 80 in Windows Firewall.

Windows is not Linux where by default iptables accepts connections on all ports where a service runs..

Or just Disable the firewall. It is easier, and saves you memory. Remember to uninstall IIS, or use WebsitePanel/zPanel.
