if i'm not mistaken i already have turned on spam filter

or, is it because i didn't set up the email FQDN on kloxo?

Your email server application log (Postfix/Exim) is worth investigating and might give the answer on how it happened.

I'm as well is looking forward for LoomHosts launch on Singapore as it is geographical location is near my home country.

Turning on the spam filter doesn't prevent spam e-mails from getting sent out, it only sorts incoming mail.
