RE: Tablet Pc
I thank you for helping me find some convertible tablet pc's. but in all honesty, if you didn't know what a tablet with 2 uses is, you should have asked, right?

and i didn't mean telling me is abusive, i meant had you actually given me a warning.

Actually ninetailfox97 is correct. A tablet is not a tablet PC...

Anyway, my mom has the X201t. It's a very nice tablet PC. I highly recommend an X220t if you can afford it, especially since it has a nice IPS panel in it. The Latitude XT is also pretty nice, but it pretty expensive and I wouldn't recommend it over an X220t.
EDIT: actually the 230t is out now. I haven't seen or played with one yet though.

Fujisitsu's tablet PCs are pretty nice as well, but again pricey. HP's are fairly cheap, but you get what you pay for. I personally don't like HP's tablet PC offerings (other than the elitebook), but some people love it. The elitebook is actually pretty good from what I hear, but I've never seen/used one.

You may want to wait until Windows 8 is out though, I imagine most laptops will have some form of touch input once that is out.
