You can make a good website from twitter bootstrap. its liquid and you can make simple to complex website with it.

Well, you can get into trouble... first of all the moment the owner of the copyright you broke can actually email you a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) to you to get down the copyrighted stuff, or they could sent that email to your host, and they will have to ask you to take the copyrighted stuff down or suspend your account... so a DMCA notice email is pretty serious stuff.
