i think that's www3 is simply a subdomain.
Some websites use a different subdomains to point to different server clusters. |

For changing ip these tools i used only change ip works as proxy. but if you want a good solution for this
Use these VPN wares free 1. SecurityKISS 2. proXPN 3. Cyberghost 4. Tor VPN SecurityKISS give 300mb data per day which is best for surfing... Proxpn give 1gb per account cyberghost gives 500mb per account Tor Vpn is unlimited but its some ips are black listed i would suggest SecurityKISS... After instal connect it then re open your internet explorer there you gooo.. Try and let me know if you have any problem will try my level best to help you out... |

You can change , your ip with a router . Change the mac adress , and that`s it .

ppsz , if u like use hotspot shield. It is good as you only need to be redirected to english sites .
Here is the download link of official website http://hotspotshield.com/hotspot-shield-...p?&type=na It is free and can be used with unlimited bandwidth , but there are ads on top and as i think some say they can be stopped by using noscript addon for firefox. I have a dynamic ip so when i rest my router i get a new ip .. So if your ISP permits dynamic ip then simply go for it.

If you ISP provides dynamic IP then simply restart you modem and you got a new ip otherwise use proxy/vpn.
