And i hope i dont need to tell how to run it or install it.but still dont hesitate

Just remember whenever u switch on ur pc,first thing to do is just run gamebooster and end the all the processes

All an application such us gamebooster could do, is close unwanted services and applications,
so more CPU and ram could be assigned to the game. If the problem is hardware,
you can't do much... (*Needs a new CPU, faster RAM and an SSD*)
