but whats the point getting jb ahead of ics/i really want to know...rumour is that jb consumes more battery than ics and also get heat up frequently....correct me if i am wrong

Don`t know about power consumption but many basic useful utility apps like sygic offline gps navigation do not work on JB. Apart from google now only feature that I have seen is image processing is good in JB. So if you take so many images from your phone then go for JB.

I think, this is the best operating system for a
smartphone. I don't like the feel of ios and the newest Android is just the best. I can't wait to get the update on my Sony, still running ICS which is also a great version of Android. But newer the better, right? I wait for the change because of the new design and Google Now. Besides that, I like everything what Google does and the company itself. They are the best!

Well android 4.1 is latest and i like it, i upgrade it from 4 so its really awesome.
And for home screen i just dont want wifi so its ok with me, and i think you can customize the homepage.
