As the manager of PlusClouds let me clarify the requirements for free servers.

1) You need to be an entrepreneur and you have to have a valid project for that.
2) We may call you and we can visit you to validate that you are really an entrepreneur.

Those who are really entrepreneur are welcome for free server, but we are sorry for those who looks for free server for anything else.

I know some turkish people. I will share this with them.

I applied for it using turkey proxy.

As this opportunity is for Turkish people only, we can visit them as they will be close to us.

Of course that is a silly way to validate if the entrepreneur is an entrepreneur but there are as you know incubation centers and most of those entrepreneurs are there and we have contacts all over them so why not ?

The second thing is we also support those entrepreneurs that apply for free servers. So that is why we visit them.

Also applying from proxy does not work because we ask for Turkish Identification numbers and we validate them also.

But it is an honor for us to see this kind of request. As we can manage to enlarge this opportunity to your countries we may give you free servers also.

Yes, you have to be a Turkish entrepreneur to get one of these VPSs.
