I guess yes.Burning files in CDs is not bad idea.

But its not backup program its only get backup on any disk not with program you will note take your 1tb backup in one cd thats why we need program where we store our bacup data.

I burned the last hope system on a CD and so I can take the backup back from the hard disk to the internal hard disk
