Have you even checked their own website and went through all the reviews people actully gave for this VPS? Did you even put time into researching about it?

The VPS itself seems legit since they seem very desperate for users and are willing to give permanent VPSs for small payments.

$35 for lifetime is 512MB of RAM is essentially a strategy that will destroy a company in long term (cause it to go bankrupt) for short term profits.

Let's say that hosting a 512MB of RAM server for a month for each user costs $1 monthly (after all, those servers won't pay for themselves). This gives 35 months of a service, at which point VPS provider will lose money for a given VPS. Stopping the server is not really an option, because the user did pay for lifetime, after all, even if it isn't used (who knows, perhaps a person uses a server every once two months).

This isn't the first time this happens. Long time ago, a company known as Joyent realized they are losing lots of money due to providing "lifetime" servers long time ago, and they tried shut downing the service, stopped by legal threats. Ultimately they did use a loophole to solve the problem, and moved lifetime servers to a new company which provided lifetime servers that went bankrupt a few years later, due to not being able to pay for those.

Pretty sure this isn't a scam, but don't be surprised to see a company stopping the service. This is pretty much company asking to be bankrupt in a few years.
There are 10 sorts of people in the world; those who understand ternary, those who don't, and those who thought this was a binary joke.

I, personally, prefer monthly payments at first. That way if there is something you don’t like about your plan you can cancel it and move to another hosting provider. The advantage is that you wouldn’t have lost too much money, because as we know monthly prices are not that high. And after let’s say a few months if you are pleased with your current hosting provider you can choose a yearly package.

I prefer monthly vps, they are something that you know it will last some time. With this 1 time payment vps you don't know how much time it will last. Because they can go bankrupt or something like. I don't think that being a vps providers seems to be cheap.
Thanks FreeVPS.us and Hostigation for VPS 18

It might also be possible. Because if for a company setting up a couple of servers is nothing but a simple exercise and most of their revenue is generated from other portions of the business, it is very much possible I believe.

I think you should check the reviews section of this forum. There was a benchmark posted for this company's VPS

Thanks for referring a post where I can see that it is legit.

Also, are there some new offers from this provider and is this offer still available?

Well you have to see that for yourself. Visit the company's page and they do have a Facebook page, visit both for finding whether they are still providing such offers or not.
