It is not in the nature of a company to tell a client that they have to pay for your software. You're saying your clients don't 'have the right' to quality software because of your negligence.

A professional hosting company sacrifices their time and money for quality. But you're not professional.

Blaming means , are we using any paid live chats are support , even we are planing to move to boxbilling from whmcs, we are designing  templates for that

I think you completely mis understand me . what i actually mean 

For example godaddy is charging 1300₹/ for .us  renewal but we charge 440₹/ you can see the difference of price .

This is mainly because of paid softwares, callcenter, advertising in televisions, google and many more

But we do the same we provide support livechat,hangouts,whatsapp,tickets,emails, even you can check our response time too,

I think you understand now 

But our english is poor we will improve it

You are right in your saying we can't generalise every service provider on the basis of it is new in the market or I haven't tried it.
