I think it was fixed.
But in the status page,no update after 12/04/16.
They said they provided temp solution by cron, so it was just a temporary fix I believe.
But as no further update in the status page, it appears they still don't know the root cause and thus no permanent fix yet.
I have requested an update regarding the situation in our support ticket a day ago. Waiting to be updated. As far as I can see from the last news they probably have the temporary fix in place as mentioned by a few people above but are still working on resolving the issue. We'll know more soon I hope.
