@Erasmus that is not possible for the yearly vps . Its per-configured packages . We do have VPS at other location with plenty of bandwidth to use you can try them .

You Should upgrade to SSD..
And 24Hour refund policy is very less time..
What you will loose if you extend time..
Be confident on your service then customer will buy with confident..

@Mangal we are in business since 2014 , and we are confident in our service .
We would provide refund if some thing is wrong from our side (which does not happen) .

Just do not want to waste time with people who want to use free VPS . In the past we had some experience .

We do have SSD VPS on USA location and we are planning to introduce few more VPS Package soon .

24 hours is enough for basic testing their service and try that how quality service they can provide.
If you want to try a new provider I suggest you to place an order only for a month first. And if you are satisfied with them then you can renew it with signing up to an annual/biennially plan. With this method you wouldn't risk much money.
And always use PayPal because this the safest payment method for both the providers and the clients too.
