That is not possible, you're going to need a server. Read through the FAQ (https://freevps.us/faq/#q2) on how to get a VPS and use the search bar to find a tutorial that suits you.

What @Transluscent said was absolutely correct. There are two main reasons why you cannot install a VPN onto shared hosting: 1) you don't have root priveleges, and 2) shell access is usually restricted.

(Installing a VPN requires root priveleges to create the private network)

Why don't you try a public VPN from large companies? They are safe to use and some of them are free like this one:

What @Transluscent and @doghouch said is true. You can host an inbrowser proxy though. That's the next closest thing to it.

Well you can use free vpsn here windscribe will give 10gb of free data per month and its ok for browsing I think.

you cant use it on a shared hosting . openserver is a script we can host on server and use openvpn . in my point you can host a php proxy script on host and surf like a proxy server in iframe

The problem is how you are gonna install it on a shared host ? next problem is it shared hosting is mostly for web servers. You need a vps for this. and its funny you ask this question in a forum where they offer free vps. You can get 2 severs just for making 30 posts in forum per month.

It's impossible, shared web hosting being setup for hosting service and all package that need for hosting website
sometimes web hosting provider give ssh access, but it's useless afterall and not for tunneling your connection.

I would suggest by checking public vpn service to use as VPN connection

Like others said it is impossible. Well since your in freevps you can try to make the post requirements and apply for a vps during the giveaway period and then host a vpn. There are good tutorials arpund explaining how to get setup on both the vps and the vpn.
/We cannot solve our problems with the SAME THINKING we used when we CREATED THEM.
