i never use anymore this plugin . Mozilla has already removed the WOT extension from Firefox Add-ons page, a
nd WoT, in turn, removed the extension from the Chrome Web Store as well.

When a thing like this happens it really make me laugh because there's no need to use an extension like this to understand if a site is safe or not.
I think that using a little of common sense everyone can spot the difference between a trustworthy site and one which is not. Trusting third parties to do the work for you can result in pretty bad situations like this one.

I have not utilized this extension. But, I will make a note of this extension in the future. I typically maintain my extensions to a carefully managed list. I make sure to review each extension before installation to ensure it is legitimate and safe. In addition, I only install an extension if absolutely needed.
