Not only that - people were using nulled/cracked software when we were providing free hosting.
Having free users caused the server load to fluctuate extremely throughout the day, with abuse reports coming in by the hour.
It simply is not worth it, and with abuse flooding in, it just costs too much in the end.

I have made it only for freevps users, without banners/ads, it's premium host, hope no one from this forum will not violate rules, btw there is still 18 packages left.
I will be happy if I help members of this forum somehow, that's all I can.

Thank you for the generous offer @Nevermind23. I've sent my details as requested.
@FlamesRunner I can't see how the system can be abused if @Nevermind23 handpicks the hosted members. By selecting VPS owners at FreeVPS one can easily get a good picture with whom one is dealing. They post more regularly and the posts very often give a very good picture of what to expect.

It is nice to see that somebody is offering free shared hosting. You could read some articles about isolation so you could prevent abuse.

Trust me, getting hacked is actually pretty easy on cPanel.
FreeVPS users in general don't abuse things, it's just that getting on the hook for being hacked is quite annoying.
I really don't like how cPanel doesn't support more than just password authentication; if they added two factor authentication or the ability to use a key of some sort to log in, I'd be more than happy to reconsider.
Just wandering around, nothing more.

Excellent point. I mentioned this in another Forum about phpmyadmin in cPanel not having an extra password for example. People think that since it is cPanel, that it's safe that there is no additional password needed for phpmyadmin. And yes, in a shared hosting environment every one is vulnerable. I've come across an example of a revenge hacking of a mybb discussion forum (the member of our Forum had copied the theme of a hacker forum ). And as a bonus the hacker found its way by accident into cPanel and completely wrecked it. Took a very long time to get things patched out. It is an extreme event though - hopefully once in a life time. In my experience I haven't seen many examples of the above happening, but you do have a point though.
@Nevermind23 Apologies. Think I must have written the PM and not clicked on the send button. Have sent you a PM and this time checked that it was sent.
Many thanks for the opportunity to apply for your package.

@Nevermind23 This is to thank you for a fantastic free hosting experience. WOW! Speed is unbelievable. I've just had a genuinely great experience using the hosting.
The test for me usually is whether the cPanel setup can cope with Duplicator, which is a WordPress copy/migration tool. I like to use a copy of an existing WordPress site, just so I have a basic template with my choice of theme, plugins and layout and I use the Duplicator to copy it. In most cases with free hosting, the cPanel is set up so that I just can't copy the site with Duplicator as Duplicator is finicky with how php has been set up, but you have set up the php settings just right. I also like that I have some options to select the php version and features. Then once I had the site up and running, I had to update the plugins and theme first, and that gave me a good indication of how fast the hosting is. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had out of the free hosting opportunities that have been posted at FreeVPS. Am really happy with the account.
Regarding posts. I'll definitely make some posts in the Forum. It's a work day for me now, so give it 18 hours or so. With no obligation. I'm very happy with the package you've given me.
