Is PayPal trusted anymore?

I have had a few disputes recently and it seems PayPal just created money out of thin air. When you say they recovered funds and credited them to you it just means that money comes from the fees we pay. I believe there are millions of PayPal accounts sitting in a negative balance.
The insane fees PayPal have compared to other e-wallets suddenly made sense. Paypal is trusted, but their business model is terrible. They should only offer the goods and services option after a verification process and only for vendors.

I have also had a couple of disputes lately but they assign reasonable people to handle these things. I'm always satisfied with their service and I dont see any reason why they shouldn't be trusted.
Sure, sh*t happens every now and then but they're still good.

I never trust in PayPal and I do not use their service, that's why I just ignore each online store site that receives only payment though PayPal...
Well...

What I'm curious about is why you don't trust it.
I personally never had any problem and it also helped me to avoid loosing my money a few times already.
If a site doesn't accept PayPal payments is less likely that is going to have my money.

In what case it helped you avoiding lose your money? Please explain.

I do not know, but I cannot trust in their service before a year was also unavailable to be used in my country (not sure why), now it is available.

Paypal protected me and made sure that I received a full reimbursement in some cases where I bought something online and I didn't receive it.
For example I purchased an object and it never arrived. I investigated and I managed to make the courier admit that the parcel was lost. They sent me a signed document where they officially admitted it and offered full reimbursment for the value of the object lost but they could only reimburse the sender. I provided the document to the sender but he refused to send me another package and told me that I had to buy it another time.
I only had to open a dispute with the seller and he immediately was more considerate and open to a dialog.
It also happened that a seller on Ebay didn't send me an object that I bought and I managed to get all my money back.

Despite this awesome function, there's the fact that most sites that can directly charge you credit or debit card store the information of your cards without any kind of protection. I prefer giving it only to PayPal rather than dozens of site having all my cards' infos.

I sincerely can't understand what you mean.
Why would a service like PayPal scam their clients?

As far as I know Paypal doesn't scam its people who do that. When you pay for something too good to be true then some sort of risk is always there.
