Nice effort @RizwaN, I think people rarely know about Softaculous which can be very useful for saving installation time as compared to manual installation. However you may please update the title from "How To Install a Script on Your Website" to "How To Install a Script on Your Website Via Cpanel/Softaculous" or something more specific; As installing script on a website is way too abstract title.

I used softaculous for a long time, it is easy to control.Earlier at softaculous site there was also aremote installer.
http://remote.softaculous.com/
It was working while I used, by this way it is possible to install on a non-cpanel server as well.

@RizwaN Nice, but that is not cPanel. You can tell from the file manager, and the fact that the login screen is wrong?
I have VPS 18 (Hostigation) and 24 (HostDare).
