I'm using Aruba, it's been 3 days.
Here's my benchmark

I'm using it for my upcoming website, too bad location are in Europe. No Amerca/Asia DC.

Feel free to test out Aruba: (Got my coupon after 3 days of filling this form, bummer I can't use it since I already prepaid for 1 year. Coupon is only good for new accounts, without any credit)
https://www.arubacloud.com/free-trial.aspx

Aruba @ 2gb ram = €6,50/month - 40 GB SSD Storage
OHV @ 2gb ram = $3.49/month - 10 GB SSD Storage (protection included)

Gaming servers tend to be a target for DDOS.

Looks like well known in the country where it is located in, just checked their one euro package which is even more affordable with good amount on SSD too as compared to OVH, since they do not have 1 GB RAM VPS Package.
SAMP servers are attractive to DDoS, so Aruba might not be good.

I've had experiences with both and I advise you to stay way from Aruba. Their base price sometimes is pretty low but they force you, in a way or another, to buy additional packages so in the end you spend more.
Their support team is rude and unreliable and they often have downtimes.

ovh is best i am using currently they are best for beginners nice support also . and there is share cpu this is one disadvantage also they giving dedicated cpu for vps servers ,am also prefer vpsdime there fast support and dedicated cpu . ovh also cheap but those heavy users must choose dedicated resources . An OpenVZ based VPS isn't a good match if you want continuous CPU usage

OVH is probably the better option overall. Especially their cloud options

Aruba was great, they offered VPSs in UK and in France for just 1 Euro/month. But they increased their prices for these servers to 5 Euro/month.
Specs are: 1 Core CPU, 1 GB RAM, 20 GB SSD Storage, 2TB/month data transfer, vmware virtualization.
Note: they do not offer DDoS protection.

I'm very familiar with OVH. One could probably get much cheaper, and perhaps better service as since they're so big, one sometimes has to wait for a response when one submits tickets, but in overall one can't really go wrong. Unless one breaks their TOS. Probably good to check what their games server rules are.

I found this review on OVH at webhostingtalk.com that pretty much backs up the above:

Gameservers attract a lot of negative pushback from players who haven't had a good experience, so I would say go with OVH as it's your best option if something were to go wrong.

OVH is a great company and had a lot of location and service
and they have a bank account in a lot of country you don't need to pay with your card
