VPSController - Manage all your VMs from a single panel
#1
Hey folks,

After I noticed some friends of me and myself didn't really like to switch between a bunch of control panels all the time and I noticed there were no scripts around that would allow you to manage all those servers from a single panel: I decided to develop my own. Gladly I present to you: VPSController. I now have a working version which I pushed to GitHub. Here I hope some of you might come in: I am looking for some people who would love to test the script for me and provide me with feedback to improve the script. Currently my script supports both SolusVM and Virtualizor. Other providers/ control panels such as OpenNebula and DigitalOcean are on the to-do-list.

Demo: not available yet, still have to set this up.
Link to the repo: https://github.com/RickBakkr/VPSController
Just clone the repo, configure the database credentials in the .env file, run php artisan migrate and off you go!

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Rick

Thats some type of a software to control all of your VPS at one place right?

Would be cool if you could make something for those VPS that does not have control panel.

His script interacts with the SolusVM/Virtualizor APIs to control the servers. If the VPS does not have a control panel, then it would not have APIs to be interacted with, and therefore, would not really be possible to add into the script.

Yup. Adding support for VPSs without any panel would not make sense. The only thing you could see is some statistics like online/offline and IF online: disk/memory stats, only action being a shutdown. Wouldn't really make sense, as you use SSH for this.

Hey, sorry for my late response.
Take a look here for a screenshot from the dashboard: http://imgur.com/a/10UUM
Please note some of the links at the sidebar are not-functional: still to be removed..

//Update: I could also offer a hosted version, if there is some interest? Matter is that all data will be accesible from my end as well..

Looks cool. Just installed it a few hours ago, pending testing.
