Finally i changed the navigation URL.

but my *fa fa-caret-down* not working. when i remove none word on script (display; none>) it showing but never closing. please help me

Could be server-side caching not working or mod_security2 being at odds with the set rules.

I'd first get rid of all of the cookies in your browser and flush your DNS.  Completely log out and shut down your computer.  Log in again.

If that doesn't work, then what you could try is to re-install the theme.

BTW which theme are you using? Could be something in the theme too. Further suggestion can be to navigate to the theme so you can check whether there's a forum attached to the theme and see whether they have similar problems to the ones you are experiencing.

Your ISP or the server host on which you have your Website may have a dedicated network server acting as a server that saves Web pages or other Internet content locally.  So often the page that you load will be from cache.  The cache may be older than the modifications you have made, or there could sometimes be a conflict.  Also if you have CloudFlare Name servers, Cloudflare caches your Website content by default, unless you give it instructions what to cache or what to exclude from the cache.  Cloudflare recommends that one should create a page rule to always exclude myBB Admin from the caching (see below).  Not sure whether you are using Cloudflare Name Servers, but quite often in my experience with myBB I've seen issues with CloudFlare that eventually caused us to shut CloudFlare down.  You can read more about CloudFlare caching below - in the link it also explains how you can exclude certain parts of your Website from caching:
https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/...t-to-Cache-

Cloudflare specifically recommends that you exclude caching of the myBB Admin Panel by creating a page rule:
https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/...yBB-forums

Quote:Step #2
Create a Cloudflare PageRule to exclude the admin section of your site (by url) from Cloudflare’s caching and performance features. While users may not always see an issue, we have seen cases where an optional performance feature can negatively impact certain admin functions (visual editors, etc.) in various forum software platforms.
Why do this?
Prevent admin functions from possibly being impacted by caching or performance features. You will also see that PageRules can allow you to extend Cloudflare's caching beyond static content and will also give you the capability of doing redirects.
