I'm sorry to be off-topic but I'm just too curious: how the heck did some acid reach the board of your monitor?  Speechless

Back on topic: I don't know how much you know of electronics but if you don't I suggest you to just trash it and get a new one. It could litterally be anything that it's causing this problem and finding what is causing could take you a lot of time.

It was floor cleaning acid that got inside accidentally. I am an electronics fan. I love technology and also fix electronics devices. It will be a knowledgeable for me if I fix it.

Well, since it doesn't turn on with the cable plugged in, it's a hardware problem, not a driver problem. It may be some problem with a capacitor or something like this, You should go to a repair place.
