My VPS: VPS 18
I haven't tried Vultr or Digital Ocean as they ask for cc/paypal and I prefer btc as payment.
Im curious about the hourly pricing. Do the hourly pricing (vultr/do/vmh) works like you only pay for the time(hour) in a month it was online?
I don't use my vps for hosting my mini-blog or any website as I choose it to be hosted on a shared host.
So most of the time, I turned my vps off when not in use.
Please excuse my English as this is not my native language.-20223

You pay for the VPS as long as you have it running with the amount being billed per hour instead of per month. However even if you power down the VPS you still pay for it as it still uses some resources like allocated disk space and IP address. Atleast this is so with Vultr/DO.
Not sure how VMHaus handles this but probably similar. In the past I used a German provider (don't remember the name) and they actually didn't bill anything when the server was powered off.
