the error was

I already pointed all the required A records,
I also tried the add/readd trick but no success.

From error code, i can't find anything.

I have followed these steps:
1. Pointed domain name to my Server IP.
2. Login into VestaCP.
3. Added new Domain with SSL Support.
Thats it.Everything working fine.

At which part did you get this error. I'm guessing generating LetsEncrypt certificates due to the color of the error, try waiting for your A records to propogate.

Any idea how many wordpress sites it can handle? I haven't installed vestacp myself but I already used it for some of my domains from different free hosting providers. I noticed that these providers have things in common. Their Lets Encrypt Installation is Faulty, even though they advertised free lets encrypt. I can't even used the certificate I generated from remote like zerossl.com and sslforfree.com . Am I the only one? or is this bug from vestacp? or maybe I just missed a step thats why its always failed.

LetsEncrypt in VestaCP has always worked for me, make sure your A record is pointed correctly. How many sites your VPS can handle depends on the amount of concurrent users.

You can install as many WP sites as you have space for.  I recommend however that you install WP from the command line as when I tried to do it with FileZilla I got the white screen of death.  Better yet.  What you can do is use the duplicator plugin tool to transport your WP backup with plugins and themes intact.  I'll make a tutorial for it soon.

You're not the only person with a problem to make Lets Encrypt work with VestaCP.  I've got a free hosting account with afreecloud.com, that is provided by a guru in free hosting Joe Dougherty, co-founder of Secure Dragon LLC and previous admin at Freehosting talk. He provides his free hosting with VestaCP - in fact that was my fastest experience ever with free shared hosting. Anyway, he tried Lets Encrypt and couldn't make it work. There must be a technical issue that is specific to your server or something like that that is a condition for it to be able to work well. After trying unsuccessfully very hard to make it work Joe has given up on it for the time being.

I'm hoping that your situation will work out, and if it does, can you put in small steps how you did it, then I can report to Joe at his discussion forum.
